    THE Department of Education (DepEd) held the National Brigada Eskwela 2022 Kick-off with the theme “Tugon sa Hamon ng Ligtas na Balik-Aral” at Imus Pilot Elementary School, Imus, Cavite on August 1, 2022. As the keynote speaker, Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines and Education Secretary Sara Z. Duterte-Carpio graced the event which was attended by DepEd officials from different schools in Calabarzon. This program has three components, namely, Brigada Eskwela sa Paghahanda, Brigada Eskwela Plus and Brigada Pagbasa.
