The FRONT OFFICE SERVICES NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must possess in order to be able to conduct the process of making a reservation, registering and checking-in and checking-out a guest in commercial accommodation establishments.

The BARTENDING NC ll Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to operate a bar, prepare and mix cocktails and non-alcoholic concoctions and provide basic wine service to guests in all food and beverage service providers except for “Specialty Coffee Shops”.

The HOUSEKEEPING course consists of competencies that a person must achieve to prepare guest rooms, clean public areas and equipment, provide housekeeping services, provide valet services, handle intoxicated guest, and laundry linen and guest clothes to a range of accommodation services.

People that are curious about what is on the other side of a wall might check out the HUMMS strand. In other words, you are equipped to face the world and engage in extensive conversation.

The General Academic Strand is ideal for students who aren't sure which path to pursue because the other strands are career-specific. Under this track, you can select electives from the several academic strands. Humanities, Social Sciences, Applied Economics, Organization and Management, and Disaster Preparedness are some of these topics.

The Financial Management, Business Management, Corporate Operations, and all things accounting, the Accountancy, Business an management (ABM) strand would concentrate on the fundamental ideas of these fields. ABM can also point you into management and accounting jobs, such as those in sales management, human resources, marketing, project management, accounting clerkships, internal auditing, and many more.
